BOERNE, Texas – The Boerne Independent School District has named Dr. Thomas Price as the sole finalist for the superintendent position.

Price currently serves as deputy superintendent and chief academic officer for Humble ISD.

“Dr. Price is an educator who possesses a wide range of leadership experiences,” said Boerne ISD board President Donna Sharp.  “His record of success is impressive.”

Price has served in his role at Humble since 2012, which with more than 41,000 students is nearly five times the size of Boerne ISD.

BISD is rapidly growing and expected to surpass 12,000 students by 2025.
