KERRVILLE, Texas – Police in Kerrville have arrested an employee from Kerrville Tivy High School and charged her with having an improper relationship with a student.
The department announced on Thursday it had arrested Sara D’Spain earlier in the afternoon.

D’Spain’s arrest came a week after the district revealed it was conducting two investigations of improper relationship between a staff member and a student. The second investigation continues.
The other incident remains under investigation.
D'Spain's bond was set at $35,000.
If convicted, D’Spain is facing between two and 20 years behind bars and a fine up to $10,000.
