No free ranch!? Fight breaks out at Jack in the Box

Man flips out after he's told he must pay for third ranch packet

A man's love of ranch dressing triggered a fight at a Jack in the Box restaurant in Washington.

According to police, the man had already asked for two packets of the dressing from a cashier at the restaurant in Ballard, but was denied a third for free.

He flipped out when he was told he'd have to pay 25 cents.

The man began berating the cashier, and attacked a 68-year-old customer who attempted to intervene, according to the Seattle Post-Intelligencer.

He eventually left the store mumbling about having a knife and rode away on a purple bicycle, KomoNews reported.

The other customer was not seriously injured.
