Can 'Wonder Woman' jump start summer movie ticket sales?

Here's a look at the films released for June 3 weekend

SAN ANTONIO – With summer ticket sales continuing to lag behind expectations, movie studios and theaters are hoping that the latest big budget release "Wonder Woman" will change things.

Last week "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales" did debut in first place but the film didn't do as well as previous installments.

The new "Baywatch" movie with Dwayne Johnson also didn't register with audiences and that film was coming off of two less than stellar performances from both "Alien: Covenant" and "King Arthur: Legend of the Sword".
