Festivals, Harry Potter concert take over the weekend

SAN ANTONIO - Harry Potter, monsters and a whiskey festival all a part of events going on this weekend.

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets: Watch the movie while a live orchestra plays the music of the film. There is several showings Friday and Saturday at the Majestic Theatre. Tickets are still available. 

Floresville Peanut Festival: Two day family fun event that includes something for the whole family. It is free to enter the grounds and to enjoy all the entertainment. A parade takes place Saturday morning at 10:30 a.m.

Pet Pawlooza: This event is one you can bring your dog to at the Live Oak City Park. This runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m on Saturday.

Whiskey & Liquor Festival: Over 500 liquors will be on hand at the Freeman Coliseum Expo Hall on Saturday. You can purchase tickets online. 

Chalk it Up: Be an artist for the day. This free event allows you to draw on Houston Street. This is the 14th year of this free festival. It starts at 10 a.m. on Saturday. 

Monster Bash: The actual haunted house Victoria's Black Swan Inn is hosting this event on Sunday. Monsters will be around for pictures starting at 11 a.m. The event is free but parking is $3.

Que for the Blue: BBQ plate sale to benefit first responders and the 100 club of San Antonio. The plates can be picked up Sunday at Cowboys Dance Hall, starting at 11 a.m.
