Fiesta officially kicks off today!

SAN ANTONIO – Break out your flower crowns, cascarones and medal sashes, it's chicken-on-a-stick time!

Fiesta kicks off today with opening ceremonies and fireworks. 

Admission to Fiesta, Fiesta at Hemisfair Park is free.

There will be fiesta medal trading, cascarone-breaking and Fiesta Royalty attending, followed by fireworks.
