Eleven trail riding groups are making their way to the Alamo City for the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo.
One of the groups, the Greater Randolph Area Trail Riders Association, stopped in Gruene Tuesday to take a break.
"It's amazing the amount of people that come out and see us. We're very fortunate, because this is a tradition and it's young and old. You got all walks of life
that come on this ride," said Dennis Fournier, a trail rider.
The trail ride takes about seven days.
The riders said they've been blessed with great weather and plenty of hospitality.
