WACO, Texas – For anyone who doesn’t know what “Fixer Upper” is, it’s an uber-popular renovation show on HGTV.

If you’re looking to buy one of the homes featured on the smash-hit program, you’re in luck, because there are currently two for sale on Realtor.com.

Chip and Joanna Gaines star in “Fixer Upper” and help renovate and design homes for buyers in the Waco area.

Fans of the show will no doubt recognize the name Barndominium, a 2,700-square-foot property in Lakeview, Texas.

The Barndominium is listed at $1,200,000 and is going for $452 a square foot.

The home, which sits on 16 acres, has been the source of some controversy. Homeowner Kristi Bass was denied a second permit to rent the Barndominium to the public due to traffic from tourists.

The most recent listing of a “Fixer Upper” home is the Shotgun House, listed on Realtor.com for $950,000.

The home is 1,050 square feet, which makes the price per square foot a staggering $905.

The Shotgun House is within walking distance to the famous Magnolia Market and Silos, where the Gaines’ hold semi-annual “silobrations” for fans of their hit show.

If the homes are a bit out of your price range, you can always rent one of the “Fixer Upper” houses on popular sites like Home Away and Air BNB.
