Weekend wrap of events for Oct. 20

SAN ANTONIO – The weekend is officially here and it is time to enjoy some fun, and there is no shortage of that with a variety of events across town.

Here's a list of events for the weekend of Oct. 20:

Monarch Butterfly & Pollinator Fest: This is the first year of this event at The Pearl. This runs Friday to Sunday, and there is many activities for the whole family. A monarch butterfly release will take place. 

Chris Stapleton: The country star will take the stage Friday night at the AT&T Center. Tickets are still available online. 

Gary Allen: This country musician will perform at Whitewater Amphitheater Friday night in New Braunfels. Tickets are also still available for this show. 

San Antonio Beer Festival: The 12 Annual Beer Festival will feature over 400 premium and craft beers from over 100 breweries. Tickets are still available online. 

Siclovia: This popular free event returns on Sunday. It will take over the street of Broadway and turn it into a safe place for exercise and play. This event starts at 11 a.m.

San Antonio Zombie Walk: Just in time for Halloween the annual Zombie Walk will take place on Sunday at Maverick Place. Starting at 3 p.m. the walk and other activities will begin. Admission is $5.
