Floresville – Located in the middle of Floresville on 1307 3rd St., Fluff's White House Cafe is bringing back some flair to the area.
What first started as a food truck has grown in popularity, and has since found a permanent home in the historic White House Saloon.
"It's a real honor to be a part of history, actually bring back history," owner Chris "Fluff" Trevino said.
Inside not much has changed. It features the original bar and stools, and along the wall pictures of the saloon from the early 1900s.
"It's a staple, I remember coming here when I was a little kid," Trevino said.
As for the menu, there is a variety of options for whatever you're craving, including some classics like hamburgers, pizza and wings.
Open Monday through Saturday, Fluff's White House Cafe is sure to become the go-to spot in downtown Floresville.
"We only hope to grow and get our name out there a lot more," Trevino said. "Bring people into town and help revitalize the town a little bit."
