SAN ANTONIO – One Facebook post was all it took for San Antonio Buñuelo Co. to be created about three years ago.
Owner Cynthia Rodriguez-Stahl has always used her great grandmother's recipe and was able to recreate the buñuelo into different shapes and colors.
The once Christmastime favorite can now be had year-round as Rodriguez-Stahl creates custom orders for any occasion or holiday.

Right now, you can order "Boo-ñuelos" shaped into spiders, webs and bats. This year, she is also making skeletons in the traditional flat style.
The holiday season is still the busiest time of year for this company, and you will need to order fast as the San Antonio Buñuelo Co. is already almost fully booked.
