Dec. 18, 2017: Campbell's Soup announced the purchase of snack maker Snyder's-Lance for $4.9 billion. Snyder's-Lance makes Snyder's of Hanover pretzel, Cape Cod and Kettle potato chips and Pop Secret popcorn.
