Master Herbs Inc. is recalling all 100 millileter bottles of its Licorice Coughing Liquid cough syrup.

Some people are highly allergic to morphine. Children with respiratory illnesses are highly susceptible to respiratory depression from the morphine.

Morphine is an opioid used to treat moderate to severe pain. It can be habit-forming, leading to addiction, overdose and, in some severe cases, death.

The Food and Drug Administration advises consumers to contact a physician immediately if they experience any negative side effects after using the product.

Consumers can return the product to the original purchase location for a full refund.

Contact Master Herbs at 626-319-9915 to report reactions and quality problems.
