"Despacito,” the most-watched music video in YouTube history with nearly 4 billion views, was shot in the colorful La Perla neighborhood of San Juan.

The town now looks as if it has been leveled by the storm.

Inside Edition spoke to Daddy Yankee, who stars in the “Despacito" video, on his way to a concert in Chicago.

The reggaeton star told Inside Edition he has not heard from his family in Puerto Rico.

"The Puerto Rico that I knew yesterday is no longer there," he said. "We don't even have words to describe how it feels."

He said the devastation is something never before seen in the country and "we have to rebuild the island."

Daddy Yankee is asking fans for food, water and money to help the people of the island.

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor is another notable figure waiting for news of family members on the island.

“I have not heard from half my family yet,” she said Thursday evening at the Newseum in Washington. “So myself, personally, and the rest of my family, here in the states, are exceedingly concerned. We ask for your prayers.”
