The family of the toddler who fell to her death from a cruise ship in Puerto Rico is speaking out to make sure what happened to their daughter never happens to anyone else. 

Kimberly Wiegand told the "Today" show that it's "unfathomable" that her little girl, Chloe, was able to fall through an open window aboard the Royal Caribbean ship Freedom of the Seas. Why she feels like she will have to take legal action.
