HEB Meatballs in Blankets

A quick and easy to make appetizer for all occasions

Meatballs in Blankets

Prep Time: 20 Min.     Cook Time: 25 Min.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of refrigerated cresent roll dough
  • 16 oz H-E-B Italian Meatballs
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

 

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 375F. Roll crescent roll dough and separate the individual pieces. Place a meatball in center of dough, stretch and wrap dough around meatballs.
  • Use your fingers and thumbs to smooth dough entirely over surface of the meatball. Crimp dough at the bottom of meatball and set them each on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Pressing dough down onto parchment will help seal the bottom where dough is crimped.
  • Brush each dough ball with olive oil and bake in oven for 20-25 minutes or until dough is golden brown and meatballs internal temp reads 160F.
  • Remove from oven and let balls to cool for 20 minutes before serving. Serve these with your favorite dipping sauces.
