HEB Antipasto Skewers

Antipasto Skewers

Ingredients:

  • 1 Lb salami, sliced into cubes
  • 1 bunch basil, leaves only
  • 15 Oz can quartered artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup(s) whole pickled pepperoncini, plus more as needed
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) Pecorino Romano, cubed
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, plus more as needed
  • 1 Tbsp Central Market Aged Balsamic Vinegar, plus more as needed

 

Instructions:

  • On a skewer, assemble different components in any order, alternating between meat, cheese, and veggies.
  • Lay each finished skewer on a serving dish and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  • Chill until ready to use. Season to taste as needed.
