SAN ANTONIO – Two men are dead following a shooting at an apartment complex early Friday morning, San Antonio police said.
The shooting was reported just before 3:30 a.m. at the LaRisa Apartments in the 800 block of Babcock Road, just south of Hillcrest on the city's Northwest Side.
According to police there had been a disturbance at the home earlier in the night. One of the men involved left but then returned before getting into a dispute with a man inside the home. Police said they believe the two men shot and killed each other.

There were other people inside the home at the time of the shooting but they all left the scene.
Officials said the early dispute likely had to do with a woman and baby but that they are not sure if that was the reason for shooting.
