Police were searching for an apparent jealous man who they say shot his romantic rival Monday afternoon on the city's East Side.
Police at the scene said a man showed up at the Candlestick Apartments in the 4700 block of Rigsby Avenue at 1 p.m. and knocked at the door of his romantic rival.
When the rival slightly opened the door, he was grazed in the head by a bullet, police said.
The victim was taken to San Antonio Medical Center for a wound that wasn't considered to be life-threatening, police said.
The shooter got away, police said.
A woman, who is the shooter's ex and the victim's current girlfriend, and some children were in the apartment at the time but were not injured, police said.
