The school year hasn't ended but the Northside Independent School District is expecting record-breaking enrollment for next year.
The district says residents who do not pre-register may lose their opportunity to attend their neighborhood school and will be sent to the next nearest school that has room.

NISD's annual kinder round up starts Monday and runs through Friday.
An estimated 7,400 kindergarten students are expected to enroll for the 2012-2013 school year.
