SAN ANTONIO – A 19-year-old man was hospitalized after an argument lead to gun fire on the West Side Wednesday evening.
Police were called to the 7300 block of Marbach Road just before 6:30 p.m. for a shooting.

Officers say the victim was outside a Dominos Pizza and got in an argument with another man.
A short time later, a white SUV filled with four men pulled up and the group began to fight with the victim. One of the men then pulled out a gun and fired a shot at the 19-year-old.
The victim was grazed in the head and taken to University Hospital in good condition.
Police were not sure if the men knew each other or how the fight escalated. The suspects remained at-large late Wednesday night.
