SAN ANTONIO – A San Antonio police officer in an unmarked car was involved in a three-car accident on the north side, accident investigators said.
The crash happened around 8:15 a.m. on Tuesday as the officer was coming onto the Loop 410 access road from Northwest Military, investigators said.

Initial reports indicate a woman driving a car rear-ended the officer's car, which caused it to crash into a pickup truck.
No one was seriously hurt.
The woman had some minor scrapes, but she's expected to be OK.
