SAN ANTONIO – Restricted free agent Danny Green has agreed to stay with the Spurs on a three year deal worth $12 million, SI.com reports.
Green was a big surprise for the Spurs during the regular season, averaging 9.1 points per game and 3.4 rebounds. He shot 43.6 percent from three-point range and started 38 regular season games.
Green's numbers dropped in the playoffs, but resigning the North Carolina product remained a top priority for the Spurs.
SI.com reports the Spurs are confident they can now come to terms with Tim Duncan and Boris Diaw.
