WINDCREST, Texas – The city of Windcrest is now in Stage 3 water restrictions.
The city made the announcement Thursday morning, saying the restrictions are effective immediately.

That means people who live in Windcrest will only be able to water their yards once a week on their designated day between 3 a.m. and 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.
Stage 3 restrictions do not apply to San Antonio, which is still in Stage 2.
