Police said a woman driving a Dodge pick-up with two other women was stuck in traffic at a railroad crossing.

When the warning bars started coming down, the woman said she couldn't move forward or back, police said. That's when the train hit the back of her truck.

The two women in the front of the vehicle were not hurt, but the passenger in the back was complaining of neck pain and was taken to the hospital.

The accident led to congested traffic on AT&T parkway to Walters. Crews worked to clear the scene up until 9 p.m.

Police said the driver of the Dodge truck will not face charges.
