Thanksgiving is less than a week away and the holiday season is upon us. There are several places that are looking to help get you in the spirit with free stuff!
Starbucks is in the giving mood. This week, if you purchase one of their holiday beverages between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m., you get one free. And don't forget to connect to their Rekindle page through Facebook. There, they will be giving you something free every week during the holidays.

The University of the Incarnate Word is hosting its annual Light the Way event on Saturday, November 17. KSAT's Steve Spriester and Ursula Pari are serving as the emcees. The annual event gets underway at 7:30pm at the Gayle and Tom Benson Stadium.
The Convention Center will be home to the Raul Jimenez Thanksgiving Dinner on Thursday, November 22. The annual event welcomes thousands for a free Thanksgiving meal. The doors open at 9 a.m. and meals will be served from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
