Girl, 16, claims man under house arrest sexually assaulted her

Frank Lara, 40, also accused of helping teen work as prostitute

Frank Lara, 40, still managed to get into trouble with the law even though he was already under house arrest, by sexually assaulting a teenage girl, according to an arrest warrant affidavit.

Lara was arrested Monday on a charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child.

The affidavit stated that a 16-year-old girl told San Antonio police detectives that she first met Lara at a party at his West Side home last July 4.

The teen, who is a runaway, said she began staying with him a few months later, and during that time, he sexually assaulted her, the affidavit stated.

She also told police that, at one point, Lara paid for her to run an ad online, soliciting other men for sex, the affidavit stated.

Detectives found out about the situation after they saw a similar online ad for escorts which showed provocative pictures of that teen and a 13-year-old girl, the affidavit stated.

After investigators tracked down the two girls, the 16-year-old victim told them about Lara, the affidavit stated.
