Tony Parker cites Chris Brown, Frank Ocean spat as evidence for lawsuit

Parker suing club after Brown, Drake brawl, claims Brown is 'unfit to socialize'

Tony Parker filed new legal documents in his lawsuit against a New York City nightclub.

The documents cite a recent fight between pop star Chris Brown and R&B singer Frank Ocean. Brown and Ocean were involved an altercation over a parking spot in Los Angeles.

The misdemeanor battery case against Brown was dropped when Ocean decided not to press charges.

Parker was caught in the middle of a nightclub melee between Brown and rapper Drake last summer.

Parker sued the club for $20 million after the brawl sent glass flying into his left eye.

According to TMZ.com, Parker claims the Brown-Ocean fight proves that Brown is, "unfit to socialize in places where he's likely to fly off the handle," and there was more than enough evidence to deny Brown a table the night he was involved in the New York nightclub fight.
