SAN ANTONIO – A career fair will be taking place Thursday at the Alamodome for veterans and their spouses.
More than 700 transitioning military veterans and military spouses have already signed up to attend.

Home Depot will be one of the employers in attendance. Many of the seasonal positions will turn into permanent jobs with the company.
Other employers will be there to provide job opportunities for job-seekers with military background.
Interested applicants can use the Military Skills Translator Tool, which translates and matches an applicant's unique military skills with positions at Home Depot that might offer the best fit.
The career fair will be Thursday 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Alamodome, located at 100 Montana Street.
