His father has found himself in trouble for drunken driving and now the son of Tejano star Emilio finds himself in the same predicament.
Over the weekend, police arrested 23-year-old Emilio Navaira IV.

He was released a few hours later on a $1,000 bond.
His father, Emilio Navaira III, was seriously injured in an accident back in 2008 when the Tejano star was behind the wheel of his tour bus that crashed in Houston. That was his third DWI offense.
This is the younger Navaira's first offense.
