The Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office has identified one of two women killed when their car plunged onto an Interstate 10 exit ramp last Friday morning.
Victoria Abreu, 19, was riding in a Chevy Trailblazer when it lost control and struck a curb near I-10 East and the Wurzbach turnaround.

The SUV skidded along the wall and then plunged 30 feet over the edge onto the exit ramp.
Police have not said if Abreu was the passenger or the driver. The name of the second victim has not been released.
