SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police have arrested a Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender.
Noah Earl Allen Jr., 45, was taken into custody without incident on Wednesday, when he reported to the San Antonio Police Department to update his delinquent sex offender registration.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, Allen has a violent criminal history and was wanted for failure to register as a sex offender.
