Crime Stoppers offers up to $5,000 for information in San Antonio murder case

John Anthony Maldonado, 23, killed in apparent robbery in 2011

SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police are looking for the person who shot and killed a man during a suspected robbery at his Northwest side apartment.

On Nov. 12, 2011, John Anthony Maldonado, 23, was found with a gunshot wound to the head.

Police said a large flat-screen TV and Xbox gaming system appeared to be missing from his apartment.

Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
