SAN ANTONIO – Police are on the lookout for a suspected drunk driver they say caused an accident that ended with a car on fire.
The crash happened Sunday around 11:45 p.m. on Highway 281 near the airport exit.
Police say the driver of a white SUV side-swiped a car, and caused it to lose control, then hit a guardrail.
The car caught fire but both people inside were able to get out safely. The driver of the white SUV fled the scene and had not been caught as of 7 a.m. Monday.
