Man found dead outside NE side club

Police search for clues, suspects in apparent homicide

SAN ANTONIO – A northeast side bar manager found a man dead in a car early Saturday, and police are now searching for a killer.

The manager found the man around 2:30 a.m. in the 4200 block of Sun Gate.

Police say he'd been shot in the head.

They say two employees at Babes Men's Club saw a man running from the area of the car, but thought nothing of it.

Then the manager saw the car and went to check. He found the man inside and not moving, and called police.

Officers say the man was dead from a gunshot wound to the head.

His name had not yet been released.

Police are now investigating.
