SAN ANTONIO – Miguel Hernandez Ibarra has been charged with the murder of 32-year-old Johnny Ray Torres.
Police investigators said Ibarra stabbed Torres several times during an altercation in the parking lot of the Mama Margie's restaurant on Interstate 10 on Saturday, Aug. 24.

Two off-duty police officers were able to get the license plate of a vehicle leaving the scene.
Four people were detained and questioned.
Investigators said they were Ibarra's friends.
Torres left behind two children, ages 6 and 8.
Investigators believe no further arrests are expected.
