ATASCOSA – A man is dead and investigators are now trying to determine who killed him and why.
The man's body was found in the SUV in the 11900 block of Kinney Rd. just before 3 a.m. Saturday.

Investigators say they're trying to figure out whether the man's death might be related to a call for shots fired.
They say they responded to that call at a mobile home park, but could not locate a crime scene.
The body was found later.
They do think the shots fired and the body are connected.
