"When I approached, I walked up to the door(and) just by putting my mere hand (on the door), the whole truck started rocking, said deputy Michael Pena"

Sheriff's deputies said the woman swerved to avoid a vehicle she claimed pulled out in front of her.

Her white Chevy Tahoe slammed into the guardrail and was hanging over the highway.

"I actually grabbed the door frame with my left hand and was trying to balance the vehicle while I reached in with my right hand and helped the lady out of the vehicle." Said deputy Michael Pena. "When she was close enough to me, I just picked her up with both hands and carried her out of the vehicle. "

The woman suffered minor injuries, but refused to go to the hospital to get it checked out.
