Vasquez and another man were taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center and Vasquez was pronounced dead a short time later. At last check, the other man was in critical condition.

Debris from the crash forced crews to close the interstate for hours.

Investigators are trying to figure out whether the two men were involved in an earlier road rage incident and whether alcohol was involved.
