Molotov cocktails suspected cause of San Antonio house fire
Six people including children escaped injury
SAN ANTONIO – Three Molotov cocktails are believed to be the cause of a house fire on the West side that sent six people, including children, scrambling outside in the middle of the night.
San Antonio firefighters said they found flames coming from a roof vent when they arrived at the home in the 300 block of Zabra Street around 1:30 a.m. Tuesday.
They quickly knocked down the fire before it caused any major damage. The residents, which included an unknown number of children, had made it out of the home safely.
Arson investigators are looking for the person who threw the Molotov cocktails at the home.
