SAN ANTONIO – A man was hit by an oncoming mini-van after darting out in front of the driver, San Antonio police said.
The incident occurred around 11 a.m. on Wednesday at the intercession of Culebra and North General McMullen.

Police say the female driver told them the man just ran out in front of her mini-van and she was not able to stop in time.
The victim, who investigators said was in his 40s, suffered minor injuries and was taken to University Hospital.
Police say the driver will not be ticketed.
