SAPD: Missing SA mom, baby may be in Houston

Noemi Gonzales, 16, baby Reshaud Gonzales, 23 months, last seen Sept. 7

SAN ANTONIO – Police are searching for Noemi Gonzales, 16, and her son, Reshaud Gonzales, after the two were last seen Sept. 7 on the 1100 block of Mission Road.

Reshaud turns 2 years old next week.

The mother and son were staying at Seton Home at 1115 Mission. According to its website, the home provide shelter for pregnant teens or parenting teens.

Police say Gonzales took her son for a walk the evening or Sept. 7 and never returned.

San Antonio police investigators say there is no reason to believe the two are in danger, but they are actively searching for them because of their young ages.

Noemi and Reshaud have family in Houston and were born there.

SAPD has notified media and police in Houston that the pair might be there.

Alerts have been sent out across Texas and the nation.

Noemi is 5 feet 2 inches tall, 134 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black tank top and multi colored leggings.

Reshaud has brown hair and brown eyes and weighs about 30 pounds. He was wearing a white shirt and blue shorts.
