San Antonio woman wanted on forgery charge
BCSO: Woman tried to pass forged check at Greater Texas Federal Credit Union
SAN ANTONIO – The Bexar County Sheriff's Office and San Antonio Crime Stoppers are asking for the public's help in identifying a forgery suspect.
According to a statement issued by the BCSO, on Aug. 12, the woman attempted to pass a $450 forged check at the Greater Texas Federal Credit Union, located in the 3600 block of SE Military Drive.
Sheriff's investigators said she also displayed a forged ID card.
The checks had been stolen five days before the attempted forgery, investigators say.
