Seguin homeowners voiced their frustration with city council members Monday night over a construction project several weeks behind schedule.
Upset homeowners are fuming over a public works project in the annexed Oak Village North. The project is now on hold and four months behind schedule.

Homeowners spoke to the city council during a special meeting Monday evening and asked them to take action. Residents complained of dust and mud left behind because of the project.
"You've got a whole room of very mad, furious, frustrated ticked off people because of decisions you all have made," said a resident.
"I don't even feel like I can put up a Christmas tree in the house because the dust is just filtering into the house," said resident Sherry Powers.
Seguin contracted with Salinas Construction Technologies for the project and officials say there have been several problems, and the company has ignored requests.
After hearing from several upset residents, city council members decided to terminate its contract with Salinas Construction Technologies and move forward with a new contractor.
No one from Salinas Construction was present at Monday's meeting.
