They have pictures of their Make-A-Wish celebrations, but three San Antonio children probably don't need them. Just the thought of their special days still make them smile.
In January, KSAT-12 profiled Ian. The Make-A-Wish Foundation sent Ian to Disney World. Ian, who is nonverbal, loved the experience. Then, his grandfather Luis De La Garza said, "He was just in his element, as you would say. He was enjoying the day. The music and the movement and the color is what stimulates him, and Disney just puts on a big show."

This month, Ian's mother, Nicole, said the Mickey Mouse paraphernalia he brought home and Disney music cheer him up. Ian recently turned 13 and experienced fake snow (a first). He loved it so much, his family hopes to take Ian to experience real snow some time.
In May, KSAT-12 profiled Scarlette. She also had a Disney dream come true. While there, Scarlette met many princesses.
This month, Scarlette's mother, Rebecca, said Scarlette is attending first grade full time. She's doing well in school and likes being with her friends.
In July, KSAT-12 profiled Francey. She went to the comic convention in San Diego. Hasbro gave Francey access to its My Little Pony products (her favorite).
This month, Francey's father, Michael, said she's doing well in school and is involved in band and soccer.
