Police searching for suspect in attack

Police are searching for a woman accused of stabbing her ex-boyfriend and then fleeing the scene.

That stabbing happened around 10:15 p.m. Friday in the 2300 block of Bandera Rd.

According to police, the woman went to her ex-boyfriend's apartment.

Police say the pair then started to argue.

They say the woman tried to leave the scene but the man started to assault her.

Police say that's when the woman grabbed an unknown item from the vehicle and repeatedly stabbed the man.

They say the woman then fled the scene.

The victim was taken to University Hospital in critical condition.

The woman is still at large.
