Bexar County sheriff's officials said a deputy was involved in a major crash Saturday night.
It happened at Highway 151 and Loop 1604 around 9:30 p.m.
Sheriff's officials said the deputy was responding to an emergency call when the crash between his cruiser and an SUV happened.
The deputy suffered minor injuries and was taken to Stone Oak Methodist Hospital. A pregnant woman was driving the SUV and was taken to University Hospital as a precaution.
The road was shutdown during the investigation.
