An arrest warrant affidavit stated that a 24-year-old man originally filed a report with police on Oct. 25, accusing Issack of robbing him.

Issack was arrested at that time, and released from jail on bond that same day, the affidavit stated.

The victim said when he returned home from a neighborhood store this past Monday evening, Issack was waiting outside his door, the affidavit stated.

The man said Issack began beating him on his head and body with "a hard object," the affidavit stated.

He told police he fears Issack and other people will continue to retaliate against him. Bond for Issack was set at $10,000 following his latest arrest.
