Man, woman sought in Subway robbery
SAPD: Duo stole cash, soda from store
San Antonio police are asking for help in identifying two people who they said robbed a Subway restaurant.
Police investigators said the pair robbed the store, located in the 1700 block of S.W. Military Drive, around 10:30 p.m. on Nov. 14.
One of the suspects is described as being a Hispanic male, between the ages of 40 and 45, about 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighing about 180 pounds.
The other suspect is described as being a white female, also between the ages of 40 and 45, and about 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighing about 180 pounds. She was wearing a white hoodie, police said, and had freckles on her face.
Police said the clerk told investigators that the female suspect entered the store and asked to talk to a manager.
When the clerk told her that she was the only on in the store, the suspect demanded money from the clerk and threatened to "pull out a gun."
The suspects fled with miscellaneous bills from the register, police said, and a bottle of soda stolen from a cooler.
Surveillance video outside the store captured the suspects leaving in the truck pictured above.
Anyone with information regarding the suspect's identities or their whereabouts are urged to contact Crime Stoppers at 224-STOP.
Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 for information that leads to the arrest of the people responsible for the robbery.
