A man suspected of driving while intoxicated was arrested after he fled from a San Antonio police officer and rammed his patrol car.
Police said the officer saw the suspect drive through a fence late Saturday night at Perrin Beitel Road and Clear Springs.
The officer attempted to pull the driver over, but the suspect continued across a driveway. Police said the suspect then reversed and rammed the police car three to four times.
The officer got out of the patrol car and forced the suspect to get out of his vehicle at gunpoint. Police said the suspect is facing criminal mischief, evading arrest and DWI charges.
